Accepted items include but are not limited to:
- Desktop fan (Please tape or otherwise secure cord and/or remote)
- Desktop lamp (Please remove lightbulbs and tape or otherwise secure cord; failure to comply will result in a $25 fee)
- Skateboard
- Small desktop organizer
- Miscellaneous item under 24 linear inches (Height + Width + Length) and less than 15 pounds
Additional notes: - REMEMBER TO LABEL EACH ITEM INDIVIDUALLY. Moving & Storage is not liable for unlabeled or improperly labeled items.
- Items not properly sealed or with loose contents are not eligible for insurance coverage.
- Moving & Storage does NOT provide insurance for electronics.
- Moving & Storage reserves the right to reclassify items that are improperly categorized or not explicitly listed. Additional charges may apply.
- To inquire about an item not listed, email [email protected] with an image, description, and approximate weight.
- An additional fee of $50 applies for graduate students and $100 for off-campus students. Off-campus students must contact us to schedule pickup/drop-off.
- A 50% upcharge per item applies for students studying abroad or taking a leave of absence during the fall semester.
- If you are an RCA, orientation leader, or fall-sport athlete, indicate this clearly on your label.
